What the heck is a T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM?

I got this PHP error message when attempting to see if a constant has a value. the line says "isset(TBL_IPs)"

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')', expecting T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\_webskel\login.inc.ph... on line 12

What the heck is that thing?

What the heck is a T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM?
It's a double colon, apparently, and a stupid name for it, better known as a Scope Resolution Operator. You could have googled that constant name and got your answer in 10 seconds.
Reply:Not so sure. If its messing up your system, you might want to run a virus scan and or a spyscan. If they don't work I would reinstall your windows program.
